A section of the local media is critical of the content in President Obama’s state of the union address because it did not mention Pakistan! It was a state of the union address so the focus had to be on domestic issues like taxes, spending, energy etc—foreign policy did figure but briefly.

So Mr. Nawaz Sharif has held a press conference, addressing the entire nation and the world, regarding the infamous Kerry Lugar Bill. He has done this a day or rather a few hours before the bill was signed by the US President Barack Obama. After maintaining a silence for the past several weeks, Mr. Sharif suddenly woke up… why?

Another Blast... this time it is the UN that is the target. Several wounded and smoke is reportedly coming out of the UN offices. What's the end of it. Are we heading towards the doomsday, which obviously means it will start from Pakistan !Source: Geo Tv

Politics aside, India must be confronted now. The National Security Conference is a welcome step but the government must shun its apologetic attitude when it clearly knows that the nation stands united. We should be prepared for the worst.  Pakistani military should be re-deployed to the eastern borders immediately.
